The challenge

Hotel operations depend on legacy PMS software that is slow, fragmented, and hard to use. Everyday tasks like check-ins, room changes, billing, and guest requests require navigating multiple screens and workflows. This creates errors, slows down staff during peak hours, and increases training time when new employees start. The software dictates how people work instead of supporting how hotels actually operate

The solution

We are building a chat-first hotel PMS. Staff interact with the system by typing simple commands like “check in John Doe” or “extend room 214 by one night.” The system executes these actions, validates what’s missing, and guides the user when needed. Behind the chat is a structured, deterministic system that manages reservations, payments, rooms, and operations without requiring staff to learn complex interfaces.
